Study On The Social Function Of The Separated State-owned Enterprises

At present,China has entered the historical stage of "comprehensive deepening reform",and the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the key areas and "deep water area".In the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs),due to various factors,many outstanding problems have been left unresolved,which has led to many problems,such as the overburdened history of enterprises and the slow transfer of social management functions,which have affected the economic development and social stability to some extent,and also hindered the further deepening of SOEs.Jiangxi actively explored and practiced the reform of state-owned enterprises and formed a set of mechanisms and methods to solve the problems left over from the history of state-owned enterprises so as to provide ideas for further promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,the study of this problem has certain research application value.This paper focuses on the study of the social functions of the state-owned enterprises and the reform of the state-owned enterprises in Jiangxi province,and introduces the general ideas,background,process and results of the reform of the state-owned enterprises in Jiangxi.This paper expounds some major historical problems that existed after the reform of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the form,historical background and main reasons of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into 6 chapters in structure.Among them,Chapter 1 is an introduction;Chapter 2 is an overview of related theories;Chapter 3 is the basic situation of the reform of state-owned enterprises;Chapter 4 is the analysis of the progress of the social functions of the state-owned enterprises.Chapter 5 is the countermeasures and successful cases for stripping state-owned enterprises from their social functions.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook.Through the case study,this paper makes a systematic study on the social function of state-owned enterprises in Jiangxi province.By analyzing the progress of the "three supply and one industry" of state-owned enterprises across the country and Jiangxi Province in transferring,running educational and medical institutions,and running municipal community management,the paper points out the difficulties and key points in separating state-owned enterprises from their social functions,and systematically expounds the mechanism and process for solving this problem.And put forward countermeasures and suggestions,through the separation of government and enterprises,classification guidance,multi-funding,placement of employees,pay attention to assessment and other measures,and provided successful cases of Jiangxi state-owned enterprises Jiangtong Group,Xingang Group,and Jiangtung Group.It provides a reference for solving the social function problem of divestiture state-owned enterprises.
