With the research, enterprises will improve theirmanaging and achieve successful project.By using questionnaire survey and literature research, thesis discusses currentsituation of design conflict management of real estate development enterprises.Analyzes the characteristics of building design and summarizes the design managementproblems. The research detect that conflict is the origin reason of design managementproblems. Then, depending on general conflict theory, paper concludes the buildingdesign conflict’s definition, category, influence, managing significance and formationand contributes the system of building design conflict. Thesis indicates that conflictshould be managed rather than avoided simply. Thesis also suggests real estatedevelopment enterprises build the design conflict management system and integratenow available managing systems. It can realize conflict management by some meanswhich is building scientific conflict philosophy, depending on cooperation, managingfairly, communicating effectively, pertinently managing key points and encouraging.Paper introduces functions of building design management information platform, and believes it can help information transfer well and integrate resources of enterprisecompletely. Finally, paper proposes some measures that can solve conflict problems andconsiders that if enterprises start from each step, they will improve the conflictmanagement capability constantlyThe research finds that conflict is the reason of design management problems, andthe essence of conflict management is business administration. Relying on a goodbusiness administration system, design participants can give full play to the role withintheir responsibility scope.
