Study On Conflict Management Of Real Estate Mutil-project

The real estate entities are getting to a tendency of conglomeration and great size, but the competition is fierce.The expansion of entities are continuous, multi-project management has become an important way to win in the competition. Traditional signal-project management has no longer adept itself to the development of economy and society as well as the requirement of people for their own development. Multi-project management is the bridge of project management and signal-project management. As an attribute of project management, conflicts are omnipresent nowadays. From another standpoint, the process of management is the process of solving conflicts. To the real estate entities, it is very important to handle the conflicts of multi-project well.Based on the study of conflict management and multi-project management, the paper firstly gives a brief summary of its hotspot and studies the theory of conflict management and multi-project management at home and abroad. At the present time, the researches of multi-project management have focused on Program Management and Project portfolio Management. Secondly, it analysis the present state of multi-project management of the real estate entities and gives one intuitive grasp of the conflicts of multi-project with the Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process. It obtains the main conflicts factors of multi-project of the real estate and analysis the sequence of the nine conflict factors. At last, it put forward strategies for conflict management that is to have planning management. The paper propounds the model and process of plan management. Also the real estate entities should be reasonable authorized, select rational organization model and build sound procedure system,Strengthen the corporate culture and team building.As the new development stage of the project management, there is no unified theory and application of multi-project management. But the real estate entities have realized the importance of multi-project management and how to solve the conflicts of multi-project. This paper's research, especasliy overall plan management, is a good reference for multi-project management of the real estate entities.
