Factors Causing Poverty In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province And Countermeasures

Eliminating the poverty is the common responsibility for the human to face, butalso the inevitable requirement of China to achieve a harmonious society and commonprosperity. As a large agricultural country, China has been making unremitting effortsto eradicate poverty, and China has achieved remarkable results. Hebei Province is amajor agricultural province in China, not only has many poor people, but also the poordistribution area is widely. Hebei Province has long been China’s poverty alleviationcampaign of the main battlefield. Especially since the China Rural Poverty Alleviationand Development Program (2011-2020) have been introduced, the new povertyupgraded to an annual per capita income of2,300Yuan. According to the new standard,the number of poor in the poverty Hebei Province will further expand. According to"China Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development Program (2011-2020),40countiesof Hebei Province have been listed as national key poverty-stricken counties, andYanshan, Taihang Mountain area is included in the national contiguous destitute area.So According to the new standard, Hebei rural poverty alleviation and developmentwork is still a hard task. Therefore, study the cause of the rural household poverty ofHebei Province is help for us to implement our poverty alleviation and developmentwork.First of all, combining with the actual situation of Hebei Province, in the basis ofstudy of the theory of poverty at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the currentsituation of poor rural families in Hebei Province and described the advantages anddisadvantages of poverty alleviation and development policies Hebei Province hastaken.Secondly, this paper assumed the reason for the poverty of rural families’hypothesis, and based on the assumptions of the counties of Hebei Weixian do logisticbinary regression analysis.then based on the results of the empirical analysisreasonable explanation.Finally, this paper based on the actual situation of the rural families of the empirical analysis in Hebei Province, according to the actual situation of the ruralfamilies in Hebei Province, perspectiving inclusive growth theory, combining with theexisting policy of poverty alleviation and development in rural areas of HebeiProvince put forward concrete suggestions in order to further improve rural HebeiProvince poverty alleviation and development policy system.
