With the rapid development of China's national economy and the rise of e-commerce in recent years,the scale,quantity and type of online shopping have increased greatly,which brings great opportunities for the express industry.Express industry,as a new industry,has a strong momentum of development.Major electricity supplier business orders have reached 350 million,an increase of 59%during 2016"double eleven".2016,China produced a total of 31 billion 280 million express parcels,an increase of 51.4%.However,in the rapid growth of express traffic growth at the same time,the resources and environmental problems are also increasingly prominent with a large number of express packing.The government has been advocating"sustainable development" and "green courier",but because of the consumer's mind for the second collection of boxes of packaging and the need of investing a great human and material cost to recycle express delivery box.So if we can't find a good place for the recycled express packing box,the road of recycling express packing will be inevitably difficult.Therefore,this paper firstly describes the distribution process of the express packing enterprise and the status of the express box recycling process and find out the problem of the forward distribution network.Secondly this paper puts the construction of a forward distribution network with a collection depot,and proposed to build a forward distribution network-heterogeneous vehicle routing problem(VRP)with a collection depot.Thirdly according the express company selling the bad packing box to manufactures,combined with the forward logistics distribution network,this paper puts to build the reverse logistics recycling network on the basis of forward logistics network and then builds the network of integrating forward and reverse logistics network of express packing box,which can achieve economies of scale and to reduce the cost of its reverse recycling facilities investment and deadhead kilometers.Then this paper presents a forward and reverse logistics network of express packing box model and solves it by the improved Ant Colony Optimization algorithm.Lastly according to S Express distribution center layout and box manufacturing enterprises location in Dalian Ganjingzi District,Xigang District,Shahekou District,Zhongshan District and high-tech Park,this paper collects relevant data to plan its actual route and validate the model.
