A primary function of human resource management is to obtain appropriate and outstanding talents for the organization.Nowadays in the vigorous talents competition between companies,most of companies feel the pressure and hard to grow up without outstanding talent resources.The survive and growth of an organization is premised on the basis of getting outstanding talents.The acquisition of talents becomes more and more important as one of the function of human resource management and it's achieved by recruitment.As one of the basic functional human resource activities,staff recruitment is the important access to enterprise's human resource management or specific positions.The effective implementation of an enterprise's recruitment system is not only a basic condition for the normal operation of the human resource management system,but also a key prerequisite for the normal operation of the entire enterprise.This paper for the A company's existing recruitment process,analyzes the present situation of the management system,at the same time to the company A has carried on the questionnaire survey and unit of choose and employ persons is recruiting team one-on-one interviews,found in A company executive recruitment process when insufficient attention to detail and A lack of science methods,exposed the problems existing in the current recruitment management includes: the talent demand plan lacks rationality,optional recruitment problems,hiring employees post matching degree is not high,the follow-up management needs to be promoted.Then,based on the relevant theory of recruitment management knowledge and expert opinions,puts forward to solve the problems of the management of A company is currently looking for A solution and the suggestion,the specific optimization measures from human resource planning,on the basis of further improving the recruitment management system,strengthen the tracking management after induction,enhance the management level of the recruitment team,strengthen professional training,advice from the company's salary improvements to improve the quality of key positions and recruitment.The purpose of this study is to provide valuable reference cases for solving recruitment problems in the industry.
