As a specialized operation company, it needs to recruit a lot of specialized talented people. The recruitment work, as the best way to obtain the human resources for the enterprises, becomes the most important matter. An efficient recruitment system, which is suitable for the current situation of the company, is the guarantee of attracting the excellent human resources.With the experience of participating in recruiting employees for CY Corporation, and on the base of the material collected from the recruitment work, the author of this paper first states the present situation of the recruitment work in the company, point out the advantages of the recruitment work, and then analyzes the problems existing in the work. With the analysis of the reasons causing the problems and combining with CY's strategic requirement, the author puts forward some solutions, such as recruitment outsourcing, establishing an efficient system of recruitment and so on , to the problems in recruitment work. Through the analysis of feasibility of the solutions, the author gives practical suggestions in its operation, and ways to solve the problems such as the lack of emphasis in the process of recruitment work, the shortage of recruitment evaluation, and so on.As the basic function of human resource management, the recruitment work is not only the premise of the normal work of human resource management system, but also the guarantee of the entire enterprise's working system.
