Along with the electric power investment multiplication, the market demand of power plant operation unceasingly increases. In order to meet the market requirement, the Xiangfan Power Plant has established the CY Power Plant Limited Corporation. As a specialized operation company, it needs to recruit a lot of specialized talented people. The recruitment work, as the best way to obtain the human resources for the enterprises, becomes the most important matter. An efficient recruitment system, which is suitable for the current situation of the company, is the guarantee of attracting the excellent human resources.With the experience of participating in recruiting employees for CY Corporation, and on the base of the material collected from the recruitment work, the author of this paper first states the present situation of the recruitment work in the company, point out the advantages of the recruitment work, and then analyzes the problems existing in the work.
