Women have been regarded as “the weak”, and discriminated since the ancient time.However, with the development of human civilization, the importance of women isbeing gradually aware of, the conception of “women are also half the sky”,“the equalitybetween men and women” emerged. In our country, not until the funding of theCommunist Party of China, and publication of a series of legal laws to guarantee theequality between men and women, can women get the real chance to enter the society.Then women are increasingly active in the field of politics, business, and achievedgreatly in the leadership. Women leaders add new atmosphere to this special politicalarea. For their unique strengths and potential, women play a different kind ofmanagement and decision-making, gradually show the important role in the national andsocial development as well as public administration.However, the participation of women in politics is not exist at all times, comparedwith men, women are in a subordinate position, and placed on the edge of political rightsand status, which makes women leaders face a series of obstacles in their growth process,as a result, female leaders can not fully play the role in the state and society. This is notonly the drawback of the women’s leadership career development, but also the loss ofthe development of political civilization in our country. Therefore, exploring theobstacles in the growth of female leaders, prescribing the right solution to solve theseproblems, and providing a good atmosphere for women leaders becomes necessary. Thisdissertation is on the basis of previous research, and explore the further subjective andobjective factors that influence the growth of female leaders, analyze these factors inorder to get the countermeasures to solve the problem, and clear away obstacles for thesmooth growth of female leaders.
