As more and more women into the field of leadership, female leaders are as human, as women, as leaders,the development of the female leaders is more inferior than the male leaders, particularly in poor areas. such as the traditional concepts, policy, education, economic ,and so on, these factors cause the female leaders which are in the poor areas is not compare with the others which are in the developed areas, then many problems arise .
