Problems And Countermeasures Of Female Start-up Business Financing

In recent years, female Start-up financing is developing vigorously around the world. According to female Start-up financing of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor report, the share of the female Start-up financing rate in total entrepreneur rate has more than one-third. China is revitalizing the female Start-up financing. However, the failure percentage of Start-up financing almost70%, the female ratio is even higher. At the same time, when begin of female start-up the main source of funds are from their family or friends, just small proportion of funds is from a bank loan and government support. The research result shows that female business failure because of capital scarcity and financially difficulties. About corporate finance problem, they hope relevant departments to provide financial support and financial preferential-policies. Therefore, we broach by the following question which the problems and countermeasures of the female Start-up business financing.Firstly, many examples that domestic and international female entrepreneurship briefly on the development threads, such as U.S., EU, Singapore, Japan and China. We find out the main problem which women entrepreneur is facing the most important problem is lack of money. Secondly,on the basis of relative literatures published in recent years and the previous researches, this thesis research direction is clear. Thirdly, according to the questionnaire, this paper briefly analyses Hefei women entrepreneurs of the current situation and existing problems of the financing. Furthermore, using analysis dates and some charts put together to show some basic situations of the Hefei women entrepreneurs financing activities. Fourthly, based on the research of introduction of female entrepreneurial environment and financing channels. The paper puts forward main effects on the female start-up financing with some measures to solve the financing problem suggested based on the survey results. Above all, on the basis of above-mentioned research ways, we can see that women entrepreneur’s current situation and its influence factors. In this thesis, from three aspects, which are individual entrepreneurs, pioneering enterprise and entrepreneurial environment to put forward the homologous countermeasures, at last, to solve the difficult problem of financing of women entrepreneurs.
