Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Auxiliary Service And Grid-connected Assessment

After the reformation of the electric power organization in2002, power plants separatec from power grid and power generation fields gradually towards marketization. Which the auxiliary service and grid-connected assessment constructed by state electricity regulator(?) commission and "two rules" of various areas is the important rules and regulations in the technical level between power plants and grid, and has an important role to guarantee the safety, high quality and economic operation of the electricity system, at the same time alsc directly affect the production and management level of power generation enterprises. Frorr the view of generation enterprises, which carrying out the auxiliary services and grid-connected management system and countermeasures study has great important practica significance. The thesis based on collecting relevant information of the auxiliary services and grid-connected management "two rules" in Northeast China, North China, East China and Central China four areas, detailed analysis the differences of power grid-connectec assessment rules and auxiliary service compensation rules in all areas and also discus;"assessment/restitution" and "compensation/apportion" mechanism by the methods o contrastive research from primary frequency regulation, automatic generation control, peak shaving, reserve, reactive power regulation and black start aspects. Combining the actual data of the power plant to participate in "two rules" operation in two provinces, this thesis research the production and management efficiency and loss of different types, installed on the different level of the generator in the implementation process of "two rules". Besides, this proposes four aspects of the marketing strategy for "two rules" implementation and the auxiliary services market being possibly carried out in future by combining the assets structure and distribution characteristics——optimizing power plant operation mode strengthen the auxiliary service costs calculated and analyzed of the power plant, actively capture favorable auxiliary services assessment and compensation standard and perfect the internal marketing assessment mechanism.
