In the context of low-carbon economy and smart grid, the influence of renewable energy on power marketing is the power enterprises' concerned problem.Starting from the status of renewable energy's utility, the paper focus on analyzing the three modes of renewable energy's connecting grid, the problems of renewable energy's connecting traditional grid, and the relationship between renewable energy connected to Power Grid,smart grid and power marketing. We think the efficient way to solve the problems in grid connecting of renewable energy is smart grid; DG is meant to be the development tendency in this research, and smart grid is the effective way to solve the problems in connecting grid of renewable energy. The paper discusses the impacts on power marketing of renewable energy and especially smart grid under the condition of DG's grid connected from the aspects of policies,technique,economy,cost,power market,end-users,new technology and new products. At last, we come to the conclusion that the monopoly of power grid will be break with the access of DG, and free competition will show up in the two end of the three levels' power market. Also after the access of DG's like new generation mode, the existing cost accounting method and price forming mechanism will not be adjusted any more and will restrict the development of renewable energy. The mode and the rule of power marketing should change with the change of power grid production mode and technique standard. The smart grid with the access of renewable energy will bring up huge economic and social efficiency, but the huge investment will make power enterprise bear big pressure. Due to the national policies power enterprises' benefit is not protected well, which make them not vigorous about the access of renewable energy. In the age of smart grid, power marketing and strategy should be considered under the context of low-carbon economy, has the spirit of "big marketing", betray the traditional marketing which only pay attention to the detail business and customer management, and should take the marketing as a systematic whole. The government should strengthen the policy support, set up new reasonable marketing mode.
