With the rapid development of the socio-economic, enterprises are facing more opportunities, but it also brings more intense challenge. The traditional enterprise performance evaluation methods cannot meet the requirements of the existing enterprises, which demand us presente a new standards of the existing performance evaluation system. At present, some research literature only talked about one aspect of a building enterprise performance evaluation system, very little from the study of many aspects of performance evaluation system. In this paper, a multi-perspective enterprise performance evaluation system is build, which will not only stop at a particular aspect of the evaluation performance of listed companies, more importantly, when companies are in different life stages, different internal and external business environment, strategic goals are different businesses and many stakeholders which we need bring a new evaluation concept, and provide a new ways of companies to create value, and have a significance of enterprises in the sustainable development.This article comprehensive domestic and foreign reserch of enterprise performance evaluation system methods, learn from the basic theoretical and practical results of th home and abroad enterprises performance evaluation and combined with literature data, and analyze existing enterprise performance evaluation system, then propose a multi-perspective enterprise performance evaluation system which based on the life cycle, strategy management and stakeholders. The index system start on the four cycles of the business life cycle, combine with corporate strategy, stakeholders from the five aspects, which are shareholders, creditors, employees, customers, managers, etc., then constructe a enterprise performance evaluation system consists of13indicators. Finally choose the power industry listed as a sample of empirical research, then entropy method is using to evaluate the performance evaluation index system when the companies is in growing period, and obtain the ranking, then achieve the goal which can evaluate the performance of listed companies correctly, and analysis the evaluation results.
