Developmental Countermeasures Study On Green Cargo Feright Development Based On Life Cycle Assessment

No matter the International society,China,transportation or road transportation is facing greater and greater pressures on the environment,a new environmental management and evaluation tool—life cycle assessment(LCA)is being paid more and more attentions and applications.In order to promote the green development of transportation,this essay combined the LCA and road transportation.According to the basic theory of the LCA and the concept of green cargo transportation,the eassy establishes a LCA technology model on green cargo transportation.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the model,the essay puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the green cargo transportation development in our countryThe qualitative analyses includes of the environmental impacts caused by the road transportation such as the consumption of resources,human health poison and ecological impact;then the paper analyses the present situation of the green cargo transportation development from three angles,including shipping companies,freight stations and freight vehicles,summarizes the existing problems.Quantitative analysis is based on the green cargo transportation LCA model established in the former content and use the Dalian Ring East Logistics Co.,Ltd.as an object of study,view Dalian to Shenyang as the scope of the study,through field research data acquisition and calculation,the largest type of environmental impact in the company freight station stage is the consumption of resources,and the weights of 0.3223,the total environmental impact of 22503.46,in the freight vehicles stage is global warming,the accounting for weight is 0.3746,the total environmental impact is 515395.94.For qualitative and quantitative analysis,the article proposals suggestions recording to the freight station stage,the freight carrier stage and the management of company respectively,to achieve the green development of our country road transportation.As to the freight station stage,including strengthen the protection of eco-environment,and reduce the consume of resources;As to the freight carrier stage,including the green management of the carriers and achieve the green driving;As to the management of company,including the strength of improving the level of conscious of green development and the importance of collecting data which is relate to the environment.
