The Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Low Carbon Economy In Coal Enterprises Based On AHP&Entropy

With the rapid development of industrialization and civilization in the future, in order toachieve sustainable development, it becomes an inevitable choice for coal enterprises in China todevelop low carbon economy, by transforming traditional industries with high technology of lowcarbon economy, and building a technical supporting system of coal resources saving. Therefore,it has an extremely important practical significance to give a scientific understanding andevaluation of low carbon economic development level of coal enterprises.Firstly, based on the understanding of ecological economics, decoupling theory and systemtheory, this paper analyzes the low carbon economic development status of coal enterprises inour country from every aspect of coal product life cycle. Secondly, on the basis of severalestablishment principles, this paper sets up an evaluation index system of coal enterprise in alow-carbon economy, composed of five primary indexes, such as low-carbon mining,transportation, processing and comprehensive utilization, environmental protection and lowcarbon culture, and twenty-four secondary indexes. At the same time, we integrate theapproaches of AHP method and a new method-entropy method to ascertain the indexcombination weight, and use grey forecasting method-GM (1,1) model to forecast the trends oflow-carbon economy development of coal enterprise. Then, we take Jiaozuo Coal Group as anevaluation object to evaluate its low carbon economy level, the results show that: in2008-2012,the comprehensive evaluation value of this enterprise had increased year by year, and the lowcarbon economy level had gradually changed from poor to excellent. Meanwhile, we forecastthat the Jiaozuo Coal Group will have a great low carbon economy development trend from2013to2017, and the comprehensive value of the low carbon economy in2017will climb56.28percent over2012. Finally, this paper puts forward three suggestions for the development of lowcarbon economy of Jiaozuo Coal Group.This paper provides a scientific and available method and guidance to the comprehensiveevaluation of low carbon economy, and has a positive effect on improving the low carbon economy level of coal enterprises in our country.
