Research On The Support Policy Of Family Farm In Hunan Province From The Perspective Of Demand

In recent years,family farms and other new agricultural management subjects have received great attention,among which family farms have a basic and dominant position in China's new agricultural management system.The central leadership of our country attaches great importance to the development of family farms.During the two sessions,General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear in his speech to the Hunan delegation: "We will use family farms and farmers 'cooperatives to develop agriculture on a modest scale." It is proposed that we should perfect the whole family farm policy system.The family farm in China is now an important period of rapid development.The government should actively support all aspects.At present,the family farm is in a critical period of rapid development in all parts of the country.To promote the healthy development of family farms,it needs government support policies.This paper makes an empirical study of the supporting policies of family farms by means of literature analysis,field research and data analysis.Firstly,the paper expounds the background of the research,clarifies the concept and theoretical basis of studying the family farm as a new development business model,and then combines the collected literature.The field survey analyzed the policy support situation and development effectiveness of the family farm in Hunan Province.Then,from the demand point of view,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the family farm support policy in Hunan Province.Finally,combining the current domestic and foreign family farm development advanced experience,The following policy suggestions are put forward: improving the registration system,clearly identifying standards,establishing sound operating standards,establishing perfect development plans,improving the land transfer mechanism,establishing and improving the training mechanism for family farm talents,improving the socialized service system,and increasing the support of policies and funds.
