The study of infrared and laser imaging properties of the complex targets and background plays an important role in the development of the national defense and economy. It can provide technical supports to design the photo-electronic guided weapons, analyze the satellite remote sensing and cruise images, control the target characteristics and recognize the target echo waves, etc. This dissertation develops the infrared and laser imaging properties of complex targets and oceanic background. The special contributions are:1.The dissertation theoretically builds the phase perturbation tecbnique(PPT) of rough surface with a finite dielectric constant. The theoretic computing formula of phase perturbation technique is derived in this paper, which allowing us to obtain incoherent scattering cross section of the rough surface. Thus, the numerical calculation method for the formula is solved.2.In the study of infrared and laser imaging of the oceanic surface, we set up an imaging model based on Fresnel reflectance model. The model is designed for obtaining infrared image of oceanic surface from its visible image under the same condition. Meanwhile, we study the infrared and laser bispectrum model of oceanic surface and build the backscattering model of the oceanic surface.3.In the study of infrared and laser imaging of the random oceanic surface, we present a two-scale imaging model based on rigid body, in which a random fiinction is found to modeling the geometric model of stochastic oceanic surface. The backscattering properties of oceanic surface affected by wind direction is analyzed. The numerical steps of infrared and laser imaging properties for the complex background are established.4.In the study of laser imaging properties of complex targets, the general numerical steps of laser imaging properties for the complex targets are given. A fast hidden processing algorithm based on ZBUFFER technique is presented here with higher precision and real time. Furthermore, the laser imaging properties of two typical targets are analyzed and their laser imaging properties databases are found.5.A real time image parallel generation system, the infrared scene simulator, is designed and implemented with ThITEL 1860 microprocessor. It can generate a sequence of infrared scene images in real time, and provide the standard test signals for the information processing device in the guiding head of 863 High Technology Program.
