Because SF6 gas has good insulation and arc extinguishing performance,it is widely used in power systems and electrical equipment to improve the performance of various types of equipment.But the resulting gas leaks have also caused serious accidents such as poisoning and fires.The SF6 gas detection method is roughly divided into active detection method and passive detection method.Most of these methods have low detection accuracy or complicated instruments,and cannot be put into practical production applications.Infrared imaging-based SF6 gas detection technology has become a research hotspot because it can realize long-distance live detection and has the advantages of high detection accuracy,small size and portability.Therefore,designing a real-time detection and monitoring infrared leak detector software is very promising.This thesis is based on the infrared leak detector independently developed by the laboratory.On the Visual Studio C++development platform,Qt is used to develop the graphical interface,and the image processing OpenCV visual library is used for image processing.Based on the idea of modular design,the software design is divided into three modules:data acquisition module,image processing module and display module.The data acquisition module mainly completes the transmission process of the upper computer control command and data through the Cypress protocol.The data processing module mainly adopts image processing algorithms including data compression,equalization,pseudo color change and gas contouring to enhance image contrast and gas.For details,the display module mainly uses Qt for a simple interface design to respond to user operations.In this paper,the characteristics of random diffusion motion of gas are used.After comparing three kinds of moving target detection algorithms,the background difference method based on mean background modeling is finally selected to realize the contouring of gas.In the software design,the program control of multi-thread synchronization and inter-module communication is mainly used to realize the effective control of the infrared leak detector.After testing,it finally shows that the software data transmission is stable,has good compatibility,can successfully realize the depiction of the gas profile,and detect the leak point.
