The next-generation network(NGN) is a service-driven network.Softswitch is animportant entity of NGN. Softswitch implements twocrucial separations—theseparation between service control and call.control, and the separation between callcontrol and connectioncontrol. The goal of NGN is to construct an aggregationnetworkwhich could provide service on voice, data, and multimedia and so on.Inorder to realize the aim, IETF and ITU-T had established a series of standardprotocols, such as H.248/Megaco, SIP, BICC, Sigtran, H.323.With the development of Internet and telecom services, the requirement of theintegrated service becomes much more in the private network. And with thepopularization of the IP telephone in the public network, the IP system has beenconstructed gradually in the private network. This situation brings out a problem;which technology can meet the current requirement and the growth of the service?this paper will focus on the problem to analy size the Public Security Network whichis a typical application. This paper is composed of the analysis of the technology of NGN and Soft-Swithespecially of VoIP First, the protocol of NGN is describe and the compare of theseries of main protocol is to demonstrate the architecture of VoIP application.Secondly, requirement analysis of the VoIP system based on the private networkfollows. Lastly, there is the system design and software requirement analysis of AG.The core of the paper is requirement analysis of the VoIP system based on the vatenetwork and the system design and software requirement analysis of the ACS andfocuses on the difference between private network and public network and thesolution of the system...
