Kunming Cigarette Factory Storehouse Logistics Scheduling System Analysis And Design

Logistics technology has become "the third profit source" after enterprise reduced resources consumption and improved labor productivity. Logistics technology has been being applicated by many tobacco enterprises, which improves the overall efficiency of enterprises and maximizes the economic efficiency of enterprises. Moreover, it promotes enterprise informationization construction.In this study, focusing on related logistics and logistics technology and according to technical innovation practices in our factory, technologies and equipments of logistics engineering, the logistics monitoring and communication for finished products, logistics information dispatching system and computer management system are carefully investigated and studied.Moreover, combining with the current situation of tobacco industry and our factor,construction projects are analyzed in details and the whole projects are designed. Finally,the basic project of our research is determined on this. Basic data of equipments and facilities which constitute subsystem is calculated, designed and selected. In the meantime, the basic functions of electrical control system, monitored control system and computer management system for system operation are planned and designed. In accordance with the conception, model and technology in modern manufacture, practical and fully automated logistics solution for finished tobacco products in tobacco factory are proposed.Construction of the automated logistics system in our tobacco factory accords with the requirements for the development of tobacco industry and practical needs of the enterprise, which is advanced, functional and economical. The successful implementation of this project has fully realized the operation of the automated logistics system and enterprise production. The organic combination of information collection and management decision-making system have not only greatly improved the automation of production logistics for cigarette manufacture, but also reduced labor intensity of operating workers. Furthermore, it could comprehensively, promptly and accurately catch the cigarette output, production flow, cost and benefit etc, which has made outstanding contribution to tracing back to product quality and flow direction,promoting general strength and market competition, creating excellent social and economic benefit for enterprise. At the same time, the research results of the dissertation can be used in the planning and designing of automatic logistics system in cigarette industrial and manufacturing companies.
