Design Of Integrated Logistics System Of Tobacco Industry Based On EA And BPM

In recent years,the tobacco industry has taken an accelerated pace of logistics modernization,which requires logistics to be the source of profit growth and core competitiveness.As a result,information construction,as an important content of logistics modernization,has received unprecedented attention.In the national tobacco logistics work conferences held in recent years,the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration had continuously put forward new requirements and ideas for logistics informatization,including developing construction standards,exploring managerial standards,and establishing and improving standard system for the industry's logistics informatization.The STMA also requires that plans for the construction of an irreplaceable modern logistics system,a Chinese internet of tobacco with industrial characteristics,as well as a modern logistics system should be made to improve China's tobacco logistics supply chain.Compared with the commercial logistics informatization of the tobacco industry,its industrial logistics informatization is under developed and has prominent problems in systematic construction.Although some industrial companies have built and integrated a number of information systems,the existing logistics information systems basically cannot meet the needs for the long-term development of the logistics of the tobacco industry,due to the lack of overall planning and unified deployment,which is far from meeting the requirements and objects of the STMA.According to the current situation and the requirements of development of logistics informatization of tobacco industry,to the information construction planning as the breakthrough point,According to the TOGAF 9 framework structure and standards,the based on information architecture of EA and from the business architecture,application architecture,technical architecture and data structure of several aspects,tobacco industry logistics development strategy layers of decomposition to the specific business applications and technology re alization,formed a comparatively intact and systematic information construction planning.Moreover,the basic design and constructing framework is put forward using BPM management ideas and ARIS software,modeling and optimizing the core business process of logistics.Finally,this thesis shows examples of misunderstanding in logistics management systems in ERP construction,as well as how to implement integration of the ERP to integrate the existing logistics management system.This thesis is completed in hope of providing some ideas and references for the construction of logistics information system of various industrial enterprises.
