The Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Logstics ERP System Based On RFID

In recent years, the tobacco industry is increasingly developed, which makes the tobacco logistics develop quickly. At present, the artificial management is still existing in tobacco industry, which may cause many problems, such as dispatching errors, out of date and inevitable loss. At the same time, all the problems would cause the enterprise cost increase.According to the published file of National Bureau, we should implement informational management pattern in logistic field, and the file also mentioned that most of the provincial tobacco companies should build their specific and high level modern logistics management architecture before 2015. Because of the conflict between marketing mode and logistics, the efficiency of logistics is facing with new difficulties. The existing management way of China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial CO., LTD cannot meet different requirements. To meet all the requirements, we design and complete the ERP system for tobacco logistics. The main works and results achieved are summarized as follows.Firstly we carried out the requirement analysis of the RFID based tobacco logistics ERP information system, which includes the analysis of the whole system architecture and feasibility. Then through binding the process of the tobacco logistics management, such as tobacco warehouse, life-time tracking, and anti-counterfeiting, to the system that we designed and implemented, we complete the design of the ERP system for tobacco logistics. Finally, by using several corresponding development tools, we implement the system. In the whole process we paid attention to the security issue. At the same time the old data can be processed faster and managers can also get feedbacks and collections as their wishes. We give the main idea of layered management process in our system, and the process is used in the tobacco warehouse. With deep researches and analysis of the classification of RFID tags, we put forward the conception of double-level RFID. Following this idea, the technique of multiple RFID tags will be used in practical scenarios, in which they are used according to different performances. And at last we carried out running and testing for the system, and then we gave the future development anticipation of the system.At present, the system we designed and implemented has been put into use in China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial CO., LTD, and the system has achieved good using effect.
