With the rapid development of computer technology, business demand for information technology professionals is growing, on the other hand, school personnel training mode can not fully meet the actual needs of enterprises, in this environment, there are a lot of computer training classes institutions. Hangzhou OuPeng Technology Co., Ltd. is a IT training institutions, although the company has a good team of hardware and software environment and teacher training courses is also very rich, but in the training process also encountered some problems, such as inefficiency, students and lecturers interactive poor, student learning outcomes for inspection and assessment for the training of teachers, etc., in order to improve the company’s training management work and to improve the quality of training, this paper presents a Hangzhou OuPeng computer training class management system.This paper describes the background and status of the OuPeng Technology Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, analyzed and studied the problem and methods from abroad to establish computer training class management system need to be addressed, and discuss the purpose and significance of systems research. Then,a brief introduction on computer training course management systems analysis and design methods, including the use of object-oriented methods and database technology. Then for computer training class management system has been established specific needs and overall objectives of the analysis were published on the course, student enrollment, the group reports, project evaluations, surveys, and six sub-system of teaching quality evaluation carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements are given for each subsystem activity diagram, use case diagrams and use case descriptions. According to the analysis,the overall design of the system and curriculum publishing, detailed design and project management evaluation survey focused on three functional modules, modular design gives a functional block diagram, class diagram and dynamic flowcharts, and a detailed interface design. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results have been achieved,especially analyzed the problems to be solved, pointing out further research directions.
