Vocational education is a part of education career which is closely and directly related to market development, shoulder the tasks of cultivating high quality work forces and talents of specialty and providing employment training. In 2007, the total number of vocational school enrollment of our country is enlarged by 500,000 on the basis of 2006, and the total size of vocational school enrollment in our country will reach 8,000,000, but the professional moral and the basic professional ability of the vocational school students should be further reinforced, otherwise they could hardly meet the demands of the market or obtain employment smoothly.The heart of CBE Theory is ability. Its principle is "necessary' and enough", and emphasis on cultivating vocational school students' abilities. This is not only accord with the aim of reinforcing practical teaching and cultivating the students' practical abilities and practical skills, but also in accordance with the developing requests of vocational education in our country, especially with the aim of computer pre-employment training.This study adopt the method of the researching of documents summary, researching and experiment, and so on. I worked out a module chart of computer pre-employment training by investigating professional ability of the students' employment market and by studying with specialists and experienced teachers, and did training teaching experiments according to this module chart. I fully considered the training of students' study ability in the training teaching design, in the process of teaching I adopted the method of Duty actuation type teaching , Case teaching , Lamination teaching and so on, this method realized the principle of "Take the student as the main body, as leads take the teacher" ,.... Aroused students activity and cultivated the students' abilities of analyzing and settling problems. The teaching appraisal considered the synthetic application of multiple appraisal factors, such as the tasks in the class, after class homework, stage tests score, synthetic tests score and employment abilities appraisal, meanwhile, I also adopted the appraisal form of self-appraisal, classmates' appraisal and teachers' appraisal. These methods appraised the students' study results fully.The result of the experiments showed that the application of CBE Theory had achieved excellent teaching results in vocational school computer pre-employmenttraining, and it perfected and integrated the teaching content, and also it will be applied in practical training teaching.
