The development of computer application technology is faster, the computer has popularized for individual. To help the university student’s to valid use the computer. Our college has opened a course-computer management and maintenance. This course base on the theory of computer’s constitutes and pay attention to the practice, the aim is increase the level of the students’practice.However, the number of the students is too much and the experiment resource is limited. The assignments are too much and the time for this course is limited. And the level of different students is variants. The prepare before experiment is not ample. So the orthodox education is hard to have a good effect. E-Learning can help the education, teacher can organization the education procedure before the class、on the class or after the class. In this procedure, the teachers are guidance and the students are the main part. This way is more fit to our course.This paper bases on.the constructivism. Draw on the experience of abroad E-learning system’s structure. The discuss methods include:literature research, questionnaire survey and action research. We construct an E-learning platform to help for education use Moodle system. Constructing the resource library, standardization test paper, various kinds of learning activities and evaluation mechanism based on the course. The aim is form a new teaching mode include of prepare before class and review after class on the E-learning system and final to improving the teaching effect.Through the example of a concrete experiment task, detailed introduction nine sides:teaching objectives analysis; lessen details feature analysis; scene creation and assignment design; information resources design; independent study strategy design; management and help design; summarize and strengthen exercise; study effect evaluation. Through these prove the experiment teaching activity of every process on the course of computer management and maintenance.The first half year of2012, the author has been a teaching reformation research on the course of computer management and maintenance. Choice two class to compare the teaching effect, one use the E-leaning System to help. the teaching, the other use the traditional teaching. Throw the three sides comparison of observe records of the teacher, the questionnaire survey of students and the scores analysis, analysis and summarize the teaching effect of two different classes.The teaching mode based on the E-leaning platform has expanded the tradition teaching in time and on space. Students use the platform before class and after class, to autonomic learning, communication and discussion arid exam and assessment. Throw the check before the class improve the prepare effect, and then improve the experiment assignment finish. So the novel experiment teaching mode is favor to improve the teaching effect. It’d spread to the alike experiment courses.
