And network media pushed on social into forming of negative stereotypes of woman doctor. Because of this, compared with the survey results, obvious difference is found between the image and preferment of the woman doctor. The purpose of this study is through the investigation and analysis to lay out the reality of the woman doctor’s image, so make the public to this phenomenon has a new scientific cognition, thus conducive to woman doctor’s training and education.With the method of content analysis, the paper systematically analyzes the image of female doctor in network media news reports ten years form sina.com.cn. The result shows that the image is mainly a negative one. Negative media image include mating, marriage, fraud, suicide and crime, we can see that there was obvious demonizing tendency in the construction of image of the female doctor by network media.For analysing the real female doctor’s image, this paper with the interview method of qualitative research, on the basic of interviewing eight woman doctor candidates, dscusses the actual situation and condition of the woman doctor, and their life experience, their are faced with some problems.Studies show that woman doctor’s image in reality of emotional marriage, daily life, character, communication, has the very big disparity from the image in media. And to the woman doctor demonized, can cause certain harm, which mainly contained: An influence on the real image of woman doctor; An influence on females’ further study and development; An influence on woman doctors’ study and life. Solve these contradictions, need setting about from four respects:Universities should become the main channel to boost gender education; Extensively carry out gender education training; Women doctor should actively participate in to their image in the show; The Publics should be conscious of screening informations; With the awareness of social gender formulated the media policy.Woman doctor candidate’s colony is a part of women, and the colony with supreme schooling, their life state reflects the current situations of the problem that contemporary Chinese women face and sexual relations partly. This research aims at waking all women’s understanding of one’s own entity represented by woman doctor candidate up, on the basis of fully realizling and respecting the physiological differences between two sexes of men and women, define one’s own value and situation faced, should make the transition various kinds of unfavorable factor that period appear to society, strive for one’s own independence and development in an all-round way actively, make great efforts to construct the society of harmonious development of the two sexes of men and women.
