With the development of information society and lifelong learning, information literacy has become more and more important. According to the characteristics of a certain subject or course, the micro level of librarians and teachers’cooperation can show how to retrieve and use information in specific areas for the students. And the web2.0brings a new opportunity to integrate between the librarians and teachers, make it become the embedded curriculum integration of library education to implement an important platform.Through a comprehensive review of the literature related to the theory and practice of information literacy education at home and abroad, given a comparative analysis of the problems existing in online information literacy instruction. Selection of university information efficient course of Towson and Iowa TWIST project as the example, through the online survey in Tianjin normal university’s student, the author realized the status of online information instruction.The survey reflect that the contents are lack of systemic and single function, they can’t meet the personalized learning needs.The paper chooses three research methods including literature survey method, case analysis and questionnaire survey. Literature survey method mainly choose literature about information literacy in CNKI, Springer and Ebsco database, summarizes the foreign experience, compare the gap between domestic development. Case analysis is chooses information and efficient use course of Towson university and Iowa TWIST project, analysis the forms of curriculum development, curriculum content and curriculum building model and draw lessons from experience. Questionnaire analysis is chooses Tianjin normal university’s students as the research object, investigate the present situation of students’ information literacy and information literacy curriculum development situation, finally combined with the actual needs of students and professional characteristics, building a suitable teaching model.Take relevant theory as the theoretical basis of education, use the foreign advanced experience of online information literacy instruction for reference, combined with the main problems existing in the current online information literacy instruction and management specialties to explore the framework of online information literacy instruction platform suitable for management students in the management department of Tianjin Normal University.
