Research On Countermeasures Of Information Literacy Promotion Of Librarians In Higher Vocational Colleges In Xiangtan City

With the advent of the information age,information literacy has become one of the necessary qualities for university librarians.The influence of this socialization trend on libraries in the information age is needless to say.The library has become a distribution center and development center of information resources,a social information service center and a training center for "information people".In this case,strengthening the cultivation of information literacy is what university librarians must do.Keep up with the pace of the times and learn relevant information knowledge and skills.Only in this way can we undertake the mission entrusted by the information age.Information literacy is currently an ability that all high-quality talents should have.When using information tools for information operations,if they have certain information literacy,it will be easier to find the information users need.As one of the forms of higher education in my country,higher vocational education naturally has an indispensable position in the process of big data.First of all,this article conducts a research on the information literacy of higher vocational librarians at home and abroad,draws on the excellent results of predecessors,analyzes its research background and research significance,and proposes research innovations and difficulties.Secondly,this article will conduct a questionnaire survey on the librarians of 5 public higher vocational colleges in Xiangtan City,analyze the basic status of the information literacy of the librarians in the 5 schools,and then use the spss software to conduct a descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire.Project analysis,reliability and validity test to verify the reasonable validity of the questionnaire and to understand the information literacy level of the librarian in the higher vocational library of Xiangtan City.Furthermore,according to the information literacy level of the librarians in the higher vocational libraries in Xiangtan City,the existing problems are put forward.Mainly include: diversified librarians,few high education qualifications;low investment in information literacy training;strong individual differences in information literacy;lack of information literacy training mechanism for librarians.Finally,in view of the problems of the information literacy level of the librarians in the higher vocational libraries in Xiangtan City,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures,including increasing the investment in training funds,improving the connotation of the information literacy of the librarians,and constructing the information literacy of the librarians.Cultivation mechanism to provide academic information literacy courses for librarians.This article aims to contribute to the improvement of the information literacy level of the librarians in the higher vocational libraries in Xiangtan City through the above measures.
