Contrast Research On The Reporting Of Mass Sports Among The Four Municipalities’ Evening Newspaper Of China

After the Beijing Olympic Games, the Chinese party and state leaders have put forward sports goal in the new period is to achieve from sports power to sporting powers for country.Mass sports,as an important part of our country’s sports, is to safeguard people’s health and improve people’s quality of life for wide coverage, close to the masses and deeply mass base.What’s more, at the same time,as a mass cultural activity,Mass sports has a great significance in the development and prosperity of massist culture and realiziaion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.But due to the the influence of whole nation system of sports and such factors,the speed and scale of China’s mass sports development is far less competitive sports.However,with the aid of the mass media objective further coverage of mass sports,it is beneficial to arouse people to the attention of the mass sports and enhance the awareness of sports.Based on the mass sports report of2011to2013’s among Beijing Evening News, Xinmin Evening News Jinwan Bao and Chongqing Evening News as the research object, this thesis is using literature method and content analysis method, through formulating content analysis table, data statistics and analysis, and it is in the form of chart to compare the mass sports coverage overall situation among Beijing Evening News, Xinmin Evening News, Jinwan Bao and the Chongqing Evening News. What’s more,on the basis of news frame theory, from reports topics, project selection, the report structure,news headlines and narrative aspects and so on,this thesis have done comparative analysis between the differences and similarities in their theme framework, structural framework and words framework characteristic.The research results show that in mass sports report, the four municipalities’evening newspaper of China had a rise trend on it. During the same period,"Beijing Evening News reported that the amount of social sports came in the first four quoted, and the community sports coverage amount, the Chongqing Evening News, at least, only the Beijing Evening News three one half; compared to sports coverage, these four Evening News reported on social sports is significantly lower. The maximum number of Jinwan Bao reported on the front page of the sports community, the largest share, that Jinwan Bao reported that more attention to social sports newspaper in the most important position than the three other evening. Xinmin Evening News reported social sports layout distributed relatively simple, is not conducive to the spread of social sports coverage. In the framework of the theme, Jinwan Bao reported that the topic of Social Sports broadest,"Beijing Evening News reported that the topic of social sports with limitations, Xinmin Evening News the most emphasis on the "organized community sports activities," the report topic, but the "social sports instructor " and " national physique monitoring " Evening of these four topics are rarely reported, indicating a narrow topic of their report framework. The Chongqing Evening News the most emphasis on the "outdoor recreational sports program," the report," Evening News " Up on the "National Traditional Sports Project", a description of the social sports coverage larger projects with local customs and habits relationship. But "three ball" items are not the focus of the four Evening News reported, reflecting the tendency reports and sports coverage are different. Reports on the structural frame, four municipalities Evening rarely use " topic framework "in the " evaluation and analysis " and " background " of society was not enough depth sports coverage, reports showing the structural framework imbalance.On account of the mass sports coverage general characteristics and reporting framework comparisons and analysis among Beijing Evening News, Xinmin Evening News,Jinwan Bao and Chongqing Evening News, this thesis suggests these newspaper should extend coverage of mass sports, adjusted the layout position, expand the theme of the report framework and fully excavating mass sports resources.More and more,it should take the coverage of the frame structure balanced, strengthen the depth of mass sports coverage and optimize the report framework words, show the popularization of mass sports and entertainment.
