This paper analyzes the development status and development trend of domestic pumping stations, oil pumping station proposed general scheme of the system. System solutions in the communication system uses a main line with a redundant backup lines coexist communicate design ideas to ensure the safety of the system. Control strategy based on control and data collection requirements on site to build a single-chip system as the core hardware platform, and the field data acquisition, device control and data transfer functions. According to the dispatch center and pumping requirements of the control room monitoring strategy, using C#language designed scheduling software and pumping stations monitoring software, pumping stations and dispatch centers in the pump unit operating status parameters, valves and other real-time status display and remote control, and have automatic storage playback and alarm data.To precisely control the diesel engine throttle as the research object, the establishment of a control system mathematical model to determine the fuzzy adaptive Proportion-Integration-Differentiation (PID) control strategies. And mechanical characteri of the control strategy for Direct Current (DC) stepper motors are optimized Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control by the microcontroller output DC stepper motor rotation to adjust the throttle opening. After a physical simulation experiments and field tests, the dynamic response of the engine control scheme designed fast, strong inhibition of interference, to ensure that the operational status under the faster speed of adjustment to save time, improve efficiency unmanned pumping stations.Control model of the system through simulation Simulink than ordinary control greatly improves the stability and robustness, and oil in a large amount of data collected in the experiment, so that the reliability and stability of the system has been verified. Demonstrate the superiority of fuzzy PID control in the experiment, so that the engine can smoothly adjust the speed of it.
