| With the developing of the network technology, the internet world has changed a lot, and has entered a new web2.0 period. A new web service model which can be read, written and interacted is affecting us now. The web2.0 internet centers on the user, the appearance of web 2.0 is a revolution from the Central Content to the external applications. With the appearance and the development of the web2.0, a new theory library2.0 has been created by librarians using the theory of the web 2.0. The library2.0 centers on readers who are the core of the library services, thereby the website of the library must face to readers and the reader must be the center part.The article introduces the website design of a reader-services orientated website of a private university library, and analyzes the present situation, problems and trends of the private university library. The article takes the Heilongjiang East University Library website construction as an example, according to the features of private university, proposes the personalized service website construction schemes, the detailed description of the system development environment and the design and analysis of algorithms to realize the function of the system. And then, the article introduces the main steps and each module of the construction process as well. At last, the article describes a detailed test and proposes the forecast to the further research.The system uses the popular B / S system as the structure, Windows Server 2003 as the network operating system, Visual studio 2010 as the development environment and SQL Server 2008 as database, applies the CSS, AJAX and other technologies. The system fully supports Wide Area Network Office mode, and has achieved the function of RSS, blog, virtual reference and one-stop retrieval system. The system makes the service of the library richly, and makes every reader involved into library services, and realizes the real everyone interaction. |
