The Design And Implementation Of Non-perfornming Assets Management System For Laiwu Rural Credit Cooperative

In recent years, with the constant deepening of Chinese economic reform and operation mode of provincial and municipal enterprises, Shandong rural credit cooperatives are facing a more and more serious problem. Shandong Laiwu rural credit cooperatives are also facing a serious problems of non-performing assets management. According to the current investigation of Laiwu RCCs’ non-performing assets, the non-performing loans occupied a high proportion and high risk degree which are hard to clear and recieve. The problems affect the management work of Laiwu RCCs so that a Laiwu rural credit cooperatives’ non-performing assets management system should be built to solve the disposal problem of non-performing assets under the grave circumstances.Laiwu rural credit cooperatives’ non-performing assets management system uses the Java language as the programming language.The model layer, control layer and the view layer are settled in technical architecture.MVC is used as an architecture model, which is divided into model layer, view layer and controller. For the persistent storage of data, SQL SERVER2008database is utilized to store and manage system’s data. Considering about the security of all kinds of information, role-based rights management is deployed in the design of the system.System requirements analysis and acquisition, system design, detailed functional design, database design, system implementation and system testing are contained in the design and implementation of Laiwu rural credit cooperatives’ non-performing assets management system.Requirements analysis and design of the system are described detailedly. System’s technical architecture and functional architecture diagram is raised in the module, as well as function class diagram of each module and timing diagram of the associated operation. Database design of the system utilizes E-R diagram to construct the data model. Finally, associated system interface of the core module and the implementation code of key features of Laiwu rural credit cooperatives’ non-performing assets management system are described to test the system operation.A pertinence and powerful Laiwu rural credit cooperatives’ non-performing assets management system is designed to provide informatization supports for disposal and management of non-performing assets which greatly reduces workloads of staffs and improves the efficiency of the proposal of non-performing assets.
