It realizes the bad assets disposal management system of Shandong province rural credit cooperatives and realizes disposal function module of risk agency, creditor’s rights transfer and litigation preservation. Concretely realizing project establishment, pricing, project review, review vote, decision, consultation for the record, public, disposal implementation and other function, which provide a electronic platform for bad assets disposal management in Shandong province rural credit cooperative.This paper first introduces system development background and current research situation at home and abroad, then bases on the object-oriented development idea, and sets models for each stage of the system development through UML model’s use case diagram, class diagram, and sequence diagram and so on. Meanwhile, this paper briefly describes the system’s logic structure, technical architecture, business model,data model, function implementation, test plan, etc.Bad assets disposal management system of Shandong province rural credit cooperative has been used in part of Shandong province rural credit cooperatives. Implementing risk agency, creditor’s rights transfer and litigation preservation disposal work of bad assets by means of information, which reduces the workload of the staff and speeds up the bad assets disposal progress and improves the recovery rate of assets.
