This paper uses UML use case analysis method describes the system functional requirements, describes the system functional requirements use case, painting out use case diagrams, and having a description to the use cases; System design includes architecture design, systems design and database design, and system architecture design analysis describes the system architecture and technical architecture of the system, draws the feature chart and technical architecture diagram and describes the system network topology; System detailed design draw the function relation diagram and the method of timing diagram mainly through system features and the timing design; Database design main analysis and describes the concept model and physical data structure, database table structure; The realization of the system is mainly to show specific function code program and the realization effects; Through the test cases, system testing tests whether the system function meets the needs of the business user, and whether the system performance is in accordance with the user requirements, last through the revision adjustment, making the system as far as possible meet user needs.The system is developed by adopting B/S system structure, based on the J2EE SSH (Struts+Hibernate+Spring) framework, using JavaScript, CSS, XML technology, and using the SQL Server2005as the database server, and last it realizes each function of non-performing assets due diligence and disposal resolution for the rural credit cooperatives.
