Design And Implementation Of Radiology Management System For Qianfoshan Hospital

Shan Dong Qianfoshan Hospital has been the rapidly developing and becomes the three multi-level hospital in Shandong with the help of support of the provincial health department and Shandong University, the introduction of talents, increasing scientific research and strengthening cooperations with local hospitals. With the rapid development of the hospital, radiology department’s business gradually increased while the manual management applied in the hospital has low efficiency as well as cumbersome managements. With the progress of computer technology, especially computer-assisted technology, many institutions and large companies are developing their own management systems to improve their level of informatization. It is an effective way to solve problems faced by the Qianfoshan hospital radiology management by using Internet technology.JavaEE technology is a java-based enterprise development technology which is applied in the system because of its stability. Lots of data of the radiology department should be shared with other department so that the system uses the most stable Oracle10g database to store the data. A combination of Ajax and Jquery is implemented to improve system’s interactivity, and Ajax technology is commonly used in websites because of its asynchronous characteristic.UML technology describes the system’s use-case and class design. The system also applied to the UML to depict class, use-case, timing and state diagrams in order to facilitate the development. MCV technology reduces the dependence between various businesses, that is the reason why this paper uses SSH technology to detailed design the development of the system. E-R diagram is able to easily describe the relationships between the tables involved in the system, so it is applied to describe the core diagram in the system. In order to improve the stability of the system, meticulous testing is conducted to ensure every function’s work.Checking business management, query statistics management, quality control management, and system management are included in the system. Checking business management covers patient appointments, patient examination which includes X-Ray、DR(Digtal radiography)、Breast Mammography、Gastrointesinal barium MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)、CT(Computer temography)、Interventional treatment and patient’ report generation and printing. Query statistics management covers patient information query and doctors workload statistics. Quality control management includes continuing education management of the system, follow-up records management and academic management. System management includes the management of examination parts of patients, examination methods and diagnosis reports.A detailed test is done after the completion of the system. Ultimately, the system has been run in Qianfoshan hospital radiology department after a continuous user interaction and improvement. The stability and patrol response of the system improves the management level of Qianfoshan hospital radiology department.
