The Design And Implementation Of Thesis Management System For Qujing Normal University

Along with the rapid development of Qujing teaching college, the school has changed a lot in terms of admissions, which mainly reflected in the school’s higher reputation, increased number of international students year by year and the school’s response to national policy of enrollment expansion make the students’ number increase year by year. Currently, annual graduation number has increased a lot than original, which also means that the graduation thesis increases year by year. However, the original school graduation thesis management system is not up to the school of graduation thesis of the existing large data processing for this kind of situation, and the main performance for the system performs as disorderly interface, slow response, low efficiency of management execution, not able to manage the graduation thesis. These problems seriously hindered the development of Qujing teaching college and the step towards the first-class university development both at home and abroad.Graduation thesis Management System for Qujing Teaching College used JavaEE platform and Oracle lOg database, and it adopted extJs and HTML 5 technology as front-end interaction framework. The design of this system used the UML modeling language, which made the function of the whole system and the structure more clear. The development process used SSH architecture as the system architecture, fully illustrated the light weight design development thought. System model adopted the MVC development mode and reduced the dependencies between the various modules. The use of E-R diagram for the relationship between the database tables is clearer and easier to extract corresponding entity classes in the system.The system is mainly divided into four big management module:topic selection management, opening management respectively, defense management, system management. The topic selection management mainly implements topic selection plans to release management, guiding teacher management, student registration management, guiding teacher audit institute of management, audit management, and other functions. Opening management mainly completes the management of guidance teachers, opening group for examination and approval of management, college of management, and other functions. Defense management for teachers’ management of paper, the main defense team on paper management, college of paper, and other functions. System management implements major account management, summarize work management and thesis statements management.The successful deployment and use of this system has improves the management of the graduation thesis, and the students can choose their favorite thesis more convenient and the administrators can manage the thesis more efficiently. The new system makes the management of thesis more simple and convenient, which improved the level and quality of the management, and it makes a great breakthrough in the field-of security paper.
