Competitions in China’s financial industry become more and more intense as China’s entrance of WTO and domestic financial market reform. An effective way for CMBC Zhengzhou branch to establish and strengthen competitive advantages as well as obtain a good condition is improving management efficiency, paying more attention to the maintenance of customer relationships, consolidating and developing high quality customer and determining different market positioning and competitive strategy from competitors. Customers are the most important resources of CMBC Zhengzhou Branch. How to select customers and provide diverse and differentiated services is the key to win the competitive market environment of commercial banks and to build customer loyalty.High quality customer identity management system of CMBC Zhengzhou branch is based on the requirements of identifying and managing customers, designing a browser logging system according to the MVC model and B/S architecture. The overall framework design of the system uses object-oriented technology which is based on the clients’ requirements analysis. In the detailed design stage of system function, functional class diagrams and timing diagrams are used to describe the dynamic structure of the system. In the system’s coding and database designing phase, eclipse and JAVA language is used to write codes. Besides, a large relational database SQL SERVER2008is used to design data relationships. The most advanced developing way is applied to ensure system’s normal, safe and stable operation.Identify customer management, allocation client management function, management and maintenance customer management function, marketing customer management function and analyzing customer management function are implemented in high quality customer identity management system of CMBC Zhengzhou branch. Identify customer management system is the basis of this feature which is able to pick out potential customers and target customers conditionally and achieve dynamic management of potential customers and target customers. The main function of allocation customers is to manage the relationship between the client and the client manager. Management and maintenance of clients function is to manage customer information, customers of client manager management and customers’ rating category. Analysis of customers makes it possible for client managers to understand the latest status of customers based on the analysis of changes in customers’information and asset information and to provide appropriate services.From the perspective of customer relationship management and actual customers’ relationship management situation of the establishment and improvement of CMBC Zhengzhou branch, this paper makes theoretical exploration and practice to analyse the requirements of CMBC Zhengzhou branch customer relationship management system. A detailed design and implementation are done to meet the actual management needs of high quality customer identity management system of CMBC Zhengzhou branch.
