Design And Implementation Of Migrant Worker Service System Of Construction Engineering

Architectural enterprises is the pillar of the national economic, taking on the heavyresponsibility of country capital construction.Construction rural-urban migrants are theprimary working people, they are embarking burdensome construction tasks.The using of the rural-urban migrants in architectural enterprises is not normative, and there is notan effective management system for a long time, which produces a lot of problems, suchas often aggrieving the rights of the rural-urban migrants, baffling the rapid development of architectural industry, affecting the building of the concordant society.lt is exigent that all departments need to establish effective management system ofconstruction rural-urban migrants, improve the diathesises of rural-urban migrants, solve the diversified events of aggrieving the rights of the rural-urban migrants. Therefore, the use of network technology to the traditional migrant worker service management has been re-designed, developed a set of realistic operational needs of migrant worker service management system is urgent, this paper based on the needs of car rental needs of users conducted an investigation, focusing on the migrant worker training management, migrant worker salary information management, migrant worker contract management, migrant worker information management module for a detailed analysis and design, the main methods are as follows:Firstly, the dissertation analyzed the business requirements of system by interaction with manager and migrant workers, and realized the overall structure, functional requirements, non functional requirements, after that, this dissertation analyzed the business requirements of every functional module by UML’s use case diagram.Secondly, this dissertation designed the overall system and finished the design of system according to the business requirements of system, including design of the background database, design of the foreground interface, design of function . modules, design of network structure.Thirdly, doing the system implementing and testing, firstly, doing the system implementing work with each functional module (including interface and core algorithm and use of ASP.NET and SQL Server2010technology), after that, doing the system functional module testing work, including functional testing and performance testing.Finally, summarizing and prospecting the system, summarizing the problem during the design and develop of system, and prospecting the next work of system.Through this study of migrant worker service system design and development, for the user to open up channels for migrant worker online transactions; the workflow of migrant worker service management is more limpid and normative; this system have increased the work efficiency; reducing the cost of manpower and management; migrant worker service management is more intelligentialize and hommization; the system has good in various aspects and customer satisfaction.
