The construction industry worker team is the talent foundation for realizing the transformation and upgrading of my country's construction industry and building a strong construction country.Professional performance management is a key factor in cultivating high-quality and skilled industrial workers.At present,construction companies still have the problem of extensive management in worker performance management.On the one hand,the traditional performance appraisal index is single,the management process is not standardized,and the construction industry worker training goal is not applicable.It is necessary to establish an appraisal index system and appraisal process for the construction industry workers.On the other hand,relying on traditional information technology means,the authenticity of worker performance information cannot be guaranteed,and workers cannot get real feedback.Blockchain is an emerging technology with the characteristics of decentralization,safety and reliability.It is regarded as the cornerstone of reliable information value transmission and has the potential to solve this problem.In response to the above problems,this article first builds a performance management model for construction industry workers based on the needs of construction industry workers,analyzes and establishes an evaluation index system for construction industry workers from the four dimensions of quality,progress,safety,and relationship based on the key indicator method.The path to implement worker performance management in the project.Subsequently,based on blockchain technology,a worker performance management plan consisting of a performance appraisal mechanism and a performance information sharing mechanism was proposed,a performance appraisal chain and a performance information sharing chain were designed,and the verification process of worker performance information on the chain,the automated execution process of performance appraisal,and the process of sharing and querying worker performance information across projects performance appraisal was described.Finally,this paper takes the performance appraisal chain as an example,builds an appraisal chain network based on the Hyperledger platform and visualizes it;takes the performance appraisal of steel bar workers as an example,uses the Go language to develop an automated performance appraisal smart contract;from the perspective of practical applications,it is proposed the construction industry worker performance management prototype system architecture realizes the web development of the prototype system.The performance management model proposed in this paper provides a complete evaluation index system and evaluation method for construction companies.The performance management program based on blockchain provides a guarantee for recording true and reliable performance information.However,this research only realizes the implementation of blockchain technology in the preliminary discussion in the field of worker performance information management will further study how to realize the value development of performance information in the future.
