At present, CCTEB (china construction third engineering bureau) use assistant operating system to some degree, for example, financial software, CAD, OA, budget software etc. But the operating platform, function and interface of each system are different, and information of different system is rough to be shared. In view of these factors this papers puts forward management information integration system of CCTEB running in Intranet and Internet, which can accomplish informationalization of management of CCTEB and be emphasized informationalization of construction project management.At first this paper is analyzed organization structure, management process, the current information conditions of CCTEB and questions of it. it show that the key of management process of CCTEB is construction project management, it run through management process of CCTEB and it's the beginning of management information. In combination with the construction industrial character, puts forward developing management information integration system of CCTEB, And in combination with the fact of CCTEB, gives the abstract model and according to abstract model, presents the design of key module and database. Then this paper takes an example of project management system, introduces specifically the significance, content and method of project management system, and then according theory of software project management, and discusses the realization of management information integration system. Finally, this paper gives the requirement analysis and system design of human resource subsystem, and presents the particular of human resource subsystem.
