System Analysis And Design For Jinan CSI Housing Industrialization E-Commerce Platform

According to statistics, the2013Chinese e-commerce market transaction volume amounted to9.9trillion yuan. As a new marketing tool, e-commerce is booming in China. Relies on the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technologies, e-business has broken through the of time and space limitations of the traditional business model and has provided a new way for the development of various trades and industries.CSI housing industry is one of them. CSI residential is originated in Japan. Based on the construction industrialization development, residential construction has been implemented in industrial mass production, and realization of residential construction has been changed into parts.As the CSI housing industry development, information platform will be displayed new features and functions as a third-party e-commerce-oriented integrated platform.But now, as CSI housing industry in China is still at an early stage, truly cater to the CSI housing industrialization development platforms are rare.Small number of existing residential commercial platforms, on the one hand, lacking of enterprises operating in the industry, and not very well understood CSI industry changes and the demand of the housing industry; on the other hand, also mainly in the form of entity stores sales, transactions with the traditional model,and does not really achieve the combination of B2B and B2C e-commerce transactions.Therefore, analyse, design and develop a CSI housing industrialization of Web Commerce Platform with complete structure, complete functions, convenient operation, scalability and integration services is very technical significance and full of market value.Making CSI housing industry as an object, this paper analyzed and designed an integrated e-business platform for CSI housing industry. Through the CSI housing industry chain analysis, we concluded systems requirements analysis and functional requirements analysis for this platform.And from the background, present condition and development trend of CSI housing industry and so on, the entire system has been broken down into7functional modules, the user logon subsystem, user management subsystem, the news announcements subsystem, merchandise management subsystem, transaction subsystem, tender bids subsystem and user evaluation subsystems.Various functional modules are independent from each other, and have strong links, working together as a whole CSI industrialized housing business platform.This paper has been based on the system analysis and design process, in strict accorded with the prototype method of analysis and design methods, based on user requirements, and divided modules reasonable and justified.We have designed a B/S system based on three-layer structure, and used SQL Server2008for system databases. Through the analysis and design of CSI industrialized housing network business platform, we believed it played a good part for platform operation.
