The Design And Realization Of A Housing Intermediary System Based On Electronic Map

With the rise of the internet, various kinds of housing intermediary websites arebeing released on the network. However; the geographical locations of the housing inthese websites are just described in the form of text which is not intuitive enough. Thehousing intermediary network service system based on electronic map can be able toidentify he geographical location information’s of the housing on the map intuitively,which improves the intuition of the information feedback greatly and increases theefficiency for users to browse information.The housing intermediary system based on electronic map uses the Web structureand ASP.NET technology to make secondary development on Google Maps API todesign a housing intermediary network information system. Its database usesMicrosoft SQL Server, its server-side program is developed with C#language, itspage layout adopts DIV+CSS and its client-side language employs JavaScript. Thesystem based on the visualization function of electronic map provides the searchingfunction with the combination of multiple conditions, which makes the users searchthe detailed information of the housing resources conveniently. Application resultsshow that, this system can show the geographical location information’s of thehousing intuitively in the form of electronic map and display the basic housinginformation on the map in the form of pop-up windows.This paper introduces the development process and technology realization ofthesystem.First, the demands analysis is done, and the data flow diagram of thesystem is given. Then in the overall design stage, the function modules of the systemare divided and the three-tier architecture diagram and structure of the system aregiven. After that, the detailed design of the system is carried out, which describes thedatabase connection pool technology, the data-level Cache、the client Cache、thedata paging algorithm and the stored procedure in detail which are used to improvethe performance of the application program, introduces the measures to prevent SQLinjection and the encryption and decryption methods of MD5which are used toenhance the security performance of the application program, focuses on how to useGoogle electronic maps API to do the map show, the location identity, the addressresolution and the event monitor, and stresses on the use of the Ajax asynchronoustransmission technology as well as the Microsoft Ajax controls. Finally, the test cases are designed to verify the system whether runs in accordance with the requirements indemands analysis and the compatibility of the system in different browsers andproblems that may occur when large-scale access happens are tested and thecorresponding solutions are proposed, which improves the reliability and stability ofthe application program.
