Design And Implementation Of Integrate Business System In Administration For Industry And Commerce

In recent years,as the rapid development of information technology and the increasing role in the social economy,the informatization of government affairs has been the important task of government in China.In the context of a series of government responsibilities reform including the national registration system reform,the Administration for Industry and Commerce faces the need of functional change,supervision innovation and enhancing.Informatization is the cornerstone of the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the new period,State Administration for Industry and Commerce put forward the work requirements of informatization construction: continuously integrate information technology and business of the Administration for Industry and Commerce,strengthening integrate the business system and information resources,provide strong support for economy development service,market supervision strengthen,rule of law by the Administration for Industry and Commerce.Therefore our provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce urgently need to design and build a integrate business system including administrative licensing,penalty and other key functions.The system is listed as the main part of the ‘257 Strategy' of SCAIC.Firstly,the thesis introduces the present situation and development trend of the government informatization.It analyzes the value of Integrate Business System in Administration for Industry and Commerce from the spects of administrative,social and economic benefits.The project uses B/S architecture,Java development language,Oracle 10 g database,Weblogic middleware,Eclipse integrated development environment and Windows platform to achieve the system,after studying the current mature technology.Secondly,the requirements analysis plays a key role in the realization of the project.On the basis of studying the information standards and business rules,it uses UML to detail the workflow and business requirements,analyzes the non-functional requirment on performance,safety and usability.Then it mainly designs the system architecture,hardware deployment,functional division and database,uses ER diagram to design database structures and relationships between tables.It completes software function programming and builds the entire system by using SSH framework.Finally,the testing phase verified that the software meets the requirements and can be stable operation.Integrate Business System in Administration for Industry and Commerce including market licensing,market supervision,penalty,data management and systems management is already running in whole province.It met the needs of business work,achieved the goal of system construction and promoted the way of work changes in Administration for Industry and Commerce.We will constantly upgrade the system by consulting the forefront of information technology and idea in the future,make staffs work more intelligent and convenient.
