The Design And Implementation Of Disability Service Management System For Changsha

With the development of science and technology, information technology is advancing rapidly, and the demand for management of information technology will be increasingly high. In recent years, affairs of the disabled are continuing to develop rapidly, but the management efficiency can not keep up with the speed of development. In order to improve the efficiency of service management for the disabled of Changsha, we need to develop a service management system, which conforms to the local conditions, for the disabled.This paper describes the service management system for the disabled of Changsha in detail, from research, needs analysis, design and implementation to system testing, according to the needs of disability services of Changsha, combined with the design ideas and methods of related software systems. The system completed the system functional design combining with B/S technology and Java object-oriented programming language, and designed the system database combining with the use of SQL language and Microsoft SQL Server2008. This paper gives the system function case diagram, functionality class diagram, timing diagrams, system E_R model, data table design, function realization flowchart and implementation of the interface. Finally, we test the system function to ensure stability of the system.Changsha Disability Services Management System meets the requirements of information and services for people with disabilities of relevant units, mainly divided into six modules, namely systems management, information management with disabilities, social security system management with disabilities, system management services for the disabled, classification of information management, services management. The main achievement of system management module is the manage of user information as well as permission setting of roles on the system; information management with disabilities module mainly for registration the information of people with disabilities, including basic information, education and employment information, disability information and other information, and it can make query, modify, etc., operations of the disabled Information, also includes the management of information services for the disabled and statistical reporting information for persons with disabilities; social security system management with disabilities module is responsible for the social security’s disability-related information, such as insurance information, security assistance information, security information and so on; system management services for the disabled module mainly realizes disability services information, such as rehabilitation information, care support information, etc.; classification of information management module mainly lists and releases information; services management module mainly achieves the management and administration of the various units of service personnel departments associated with disabilities in Changsha.Changsha Disability Services Management System achieves a unified information management for the information of people with disabilities and the various service units, greatly improving the efficiency of staff when conducting information management, reducing the error rate. The system will be continually refined in the course of the future.
