Research On The Application Of Social Insurance Self-service Terminals In Xiamen

Self-service terminals have been widely applied in all walks of life and become important equipment to reduce labor costs,expand the scope of service network,provide convenience for nearby processing,and improve work efficiency.This paper presents an analysis of the current application of self-service terminals in social insurance work in Xiamen,hoping to provide ideals for the development of a kind of self-service terminal with various functions,easy operations and humanized interfaces,and also a background management system for government staff.The main function of self-service terminals mentions in this paper is to provide self-services for social insurance participants in Xiamen,including payment record enquiry and printing,application for transfer of social insurance relations,application for maternity insurance benefits,application for unemployment insurance benefits,etc.It can be extended as a grass-root service platform for all villages and communities and provide more convenient services for the public,reaching the goal of nearby processing,immediate processing and self-helped processing.The main function of background management system is to provide government staff with equipment management,jurisdiction management,daily record check-ups,examination and approval of application for maternity insurance benefits,examination and approval of application for unemployment insurance benefits,social insurance participant management,etc.,which meets most demand of management,greatly reduces workload,and lays a solid foundation for the improvement of work efficiency in social insurance service organizations.At the end of this paper,the stability and reliability of the system are verified through system testing.The logical operation of the program is in accordance with the original setting and the expected functions are achieved.
