Design And Implementation Of Social Insurance Public Service Management System

Social insurance is the laborers are entitled to a basic security system, is the core and subject of the modern social security system in our country,is the country through the multi-channel financing, to participate in the work of the people in the loss of labor, unemployment, maternity, illness,as a result of the work-related injury,economic compensation system. With the rapid development of social insurance,insurance coverage is expanded, the number of insurance is increasing, the scale of social insurance continues to increase, leading to the data integration, data comparison,data preservation, data reporting and other data information has become a growing proportion, which brings the same time, it also restricts the efficiency of social insurance information management.This study established social public insurance business management system, to achieve the public social insurance business,mainly including file management,insurance and change management, payment management, integrated query, system management and auxiliary function module, to meet the social security public service basic data information collection and service processing and storage, public information release and information service, data exchange and sharing, macro policy analysis and decision-making function.This system uses the object-oriented analysis method, the social insurance public business management system to realize the function to carry on the detailed analysis,using UML unified modeling language for system users and function use case design and modeling,using B/S architecture and ASP.NET technology,using Server SQL 2008 as the data platform, using Server language and ADO.NET database access technology to design and develop. System function is complete, the interface is clear,the operation is simple and easy, accord with the demand, to a certain extent, provide the management work efficiency,realize the data information exchange of automation,system, standardization, sharing and management decision-making scientific, can provide useful reference for other similar or similar system.
