Electrical Equipment Operation Maintenance Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, the electrical equipment’s digital level is more and more advanced,so the traditional pointer type or dial device operating data is able to make externalinterface by IP networking. Especially, the rapid development of the informatizationprocess recently made it necessary through the means of information instead of thetraditional method, using the method of IT technology combined with internal flowdesign, and data search, data processing, data mining technique, to realize thesystematical and online of equipment operation.Equipment maintenance management system is an operation and maintenancemodel designed for Sichuan, Xi chang Electric Power Company Limited (here,shorted for "Xichang electrical power "). Through the method of data abstraction andman-made process, to complete the implementation of Xichang electric power internaloperation and maintenance scheduling management, personnel management, duty logmanagement, equipment management and spare parts management, fault management,failure analysis of support and other functional modules. This system is designed bythe prototype of Xichang electric power’s operation and maintenance, and also has theversatility and the custom configuration. Thus, it can be used as an electric powerindustry operation solution.Because the device types of Xichang electric power production is very complex,it’s hard to keep maintenance in a short time. In the operation of the system, it alsoinvolves their association and cooperation with many other types of work and processObviously, as a unit of production, Xichang electric power will have a variety ofprocess optimization and adjustment in the production process. Therefore, the core ofits technology is how to realize the process of crossing, and how to ensure thefollow-up processes, new equipment, and new jobs that can be incorporated into the system management and maintenance, system design and development.In this paper, the system design makes full use of object oriented system designand program development method, through the processes of making the objectabstract, aims to extract the personnel object, equipment object, and eventually to formdifferent base data sets. What’s more, it will combine with the process of custom, andother functions, to make the system customized and in a good state of maintenance.
