At present, many tunnel oven is still working with conventional PID control way, evenmanual adjustment, which often heats up slowly in production owing to large overshoot, it willtake a long time to heat up. On the other hand, the dough will take away a lot of heat afterentering into a tunnel furnace, which often causes the system shock, so that product quality isunstable, and thus waste batch of raw material that enter into the furnace body firstly. In thispaper, in allusion to technical difficulties above-mentioned of biscuit baking tunnel furnacewe analysis the advantages of the use of genetic algorithms in terms of parameter optimizationdeeply. The improved adaptive genetic algorithm PID control applied to the temperaturemonitoring system, improve the reliability and anti-jamming of the system.First of all, this paper describes the basic principle of gas tunnel furnace and the overallstructure, and expounds the gas oven advantages compared to other oven. On the basis ofunderstanding of the basic principles of heat conduction and Fourier’s law of heat conductionwe establish the mathematical model of the tunnel furnace temperature field. For biscuit bakingtunnel furnace temperature control system with large inertia, large hysteresis characteristics,conventional PID control is not sufficient to meet the control requirements, the paper discussedfour improved PID control algorithm and complete its simulation analysis using MATLABprogramming way on-site tunnel furnace as a model, although improved PID algorithm is betterthan traditional PID control algorithm performance, but still can not meet the requirements ofcookies baking temperature,therefore we need to find more superior control algorithms into thetemperature control.Genetic Algorithm is a global search method based on the theory of biological evolution,based on the evolution of the thought of "natural selection, survival of the fittest", and has aunique advantage in solving numerical optimization. With the high-speed development ofartificial intelligence and the study of intelligent algorithm is more and more deep, the geneticalgorithm not only got a breakthrough in theory, and constantly applied to the productionpractice, solved a lot of problems on the production. After analyzing the basic theory andimplementation steps, the step response simulation were done with real-coded and binary coded.Finally, we find the optimal PID parameters in use of adaptive genetic algorithm andautomatically adjust over time, through comparative analysis, the application of geneticalgorithm PID controller has good dynamic performance and smaller steady-state error.End of the article, the paper introduces temperature control system design plan of the biscuitbaking tunnel furnace in detail, and develop the upper interface unit the IPC as a platform.Siemens SIMATIC S7-300is the core of lower machine, the design of relevant controller is realized based on the genetic algorithm parameters setting. After setting the parameters used intemperature control system, and then automatically adjust the time in order to improveanti-jamming capability. Through the system performance comparison test, obtained thesatisfactory control effect, which layed the foundation for future research work.By the end of thearticle, according to the gas type baking ovens and electric heating characteristic of bakingfurnace, the heating device, control mode, operational cost, environmental protection and so onhas carried on the comparative analysis, prove baking furnace gas heating energy-savingadvantage for the enterprise’s long-term management to cut costs, broad prospects fordevelopment。...
