Analysis And Design Of College Teaching Management System Laboratory

With the continuous development of science and technology, network and information technology has been widely used in colleges and universities management. The traditional way of college management is gradually transformed into a modern one. In order to promote the management of the laboratory teaching and intensify the educational reform, the analysis and design of the laboratory teaching management system in colleges and universities have been completed on the basis of full investigation, which definitely meets demands of the new situation of deepening reform in higher education.I have analyzed the current research situation of laboratory teaching management in colleges and universities at home and abroad through the investigation and the reference of many related documents. We know that there are still many problems in the management of the university laboratory, such as:traditional ways, old methods, inefficient work and wasting resources, etc. The purpose of the analysis and design of this system lies in solving the problems of traditional management model to achieve the following three purposes by means of information technology:firstly, reducing the intensity of work management effectively; secondly, improving the utilization of the laboratory equipment effectively; finally, analyzing the management of the laboratory more conveniently. The requirement analysis has also been determined after the detailed discussion with the users. This system is based on J2EE platform, applying SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) framework and the Java language to the implementation of the design, in which B/S structure mode, Oracle database and the Unified Modeling Language combined with variety of UML diagrams has been widely used. Architecture design, function module and database design are totally the most significant aspects when referring to system design. The system is rich in scalability and maintainability.Modern management methods have been wisely adopted for laboratory teaching management, which provide practical methods to reduce the workload of staff, improve the efficiency of the laboratory teaching, and also serve teachers and students better and better. This system have certain reference value for the similar systems.
