The current China in the period of social transition, which lead to the fast pace of life,social contradictions. Some people vent to students with their social injustice anddissatisfaction.The frequent campus safety accidents have formed a severe challenge to theconstruction of a harmonious society. How to protect our childern’s healthy growth becomesan urgent problem when facing to the serious campus security situation. Students have noability to protect themselves. In the school, they protected by the staff and by relatives care athome. We can not always keep our eye on the student. In many cases because of human careis not comprehensive, and which lead to the occurrence of student safety accidents. We willbe able to better ensure the safety of students in school, if we have a real-time trackingtechnique or method assist school staff to supervise students, which can automatically monitorthe students’ trajectory, report students’ attendance, when children is not safe, alarm.RFID technology which has been applied to many fields of social life and production isan automatic non contact identification technique and communicate by radio. RFIDtechnology can be used to track and position specific object. This paper is based on the activeRFID technology, designed the school safety management method. In the classroom, passway,playground, and the potential areas of danger to install a sufficient number of RFID tag reader(can read RFID tag information in a certain range); each student in school carry a active RFIDtag which will continue to advertise information (mainly its own ID number and state). In thisway we construct a RFID monitoring network. On this basis, this paper study the schoolsafety management monitoring and warning system. Tag information readed by tag readerwill be transferred to this system. Through those information, the system determine the stateof the student. If student is not safe, the system will generate notifications or warning messageand automatic broadcast to the relevant responsible person. The system also provides a portalfor parent, school staff. Parent can can check the children’s information on the website, andschool staff can browse attendance statistics and security information. the administrator canmanage all kinds of personnel authority, registration personnel information, write calendaretc..Starting with RFID technology and characteristics of RFID positioning technology, thispaper analysis the superiority of the active RFID in tracking and identifying object. Accordingto the functional requirements, determine the goal of the system to achieve, namely thetrajectory tracking of students at school, informing parents when student come to school or gohome, attendance statistics, the danger zone security alarm, query statistics, visitormanagement and other functions. On this basis, elaborated the system design, and focuses ondatabase design, the analysis of the active RFID system and each function module. And theimplement of the system is analyzed. The active RFID system, short message platform andbrowser program are the three main parts of the system realization. Based on the modulardevelopment theory, this paper introduces the implementation of this three part. In order toverify whether the system meets the design requirements, the paper tests the hardware and software used in system. According to the test result, the function and performance meet thedesign requirements.At present, the study of children’s safety management monitoring and warning systemalso can track only children in school activities, but many students safety accidents occur onthe way, to go to school or go to school therefore, we’ll need to study how to track studenttracking off campus, and prevent student safety accident out side school.
